Who we are

Sniffopotamus is operated by Black Health Intelligence Pty Ltd trading as Sniffopotamus, ABN 23 693 026 112. Sniffopotamus is registered as a business name in Australia.

The service

Sniffopotamus helps you record and understand fragrance collections, wear history, wishlists, shelves, partner preferences, share cards, and AI/MCP-connected fragrance workflows.

Fragrance data, recommendations, matching, notes, and AI responses are provided for personal organisation and discovery. They are not guarantees of accuracy, availability, authenticity, resale value, or personal suitability.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Do not use Sniffopotamus to access another person's account, scrape the service in a way that harms performance, reverse engineer private systems, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, if offered, are billed in Australian dollars unless otherwise shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Sniffopotamus does not store full card numbers.

Subscription prices, billing periods, inclusions, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can cancel a subscription from the account or billing flow provided in the app, or by contacting support.

Intellectual property

Sniffopotamus, the app design, software, database structure, AI workflows, and branding remain owned by Black Health Intelligence Pty Ltd or its licensors. You keep ownership of your personal collection notes, wear logs, and uploaded content, and grant us permission to use that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sniffopotamus reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. Features can be added, removed, limited, or changed as the product develops.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sniffopotamus is provided without warranties beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
