Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital service
Sniffopotamus is a digital fragrance memory and AI tooling service. Paid access, if offered, is delivered online through your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing flow provided in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.
Refunds
We will consider refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material service failure that prevents reasonable use of a paid feature. We may also consider an accidental renewal refund if you contact us within 7 days and there has been no substantial use of the paid service after renewal.
We generally do not provide partial refunds for change of mind, unused time, or account inactivity, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
How to request help
Email sniff@scentsell.com.au with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Billing and company enquiries can also be sent to office@blackhealthintelligence.com.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout. Refund timing can depend on the payment method and the processor or bank involved.
