Entitlement model

One internal plan model, two payment rails.

Shopify merchant subscriptions use Shopify App Pricing or Billing API, not direct Stripe for the same public app.
Direct `.dev` API customers can still use Stripe because they are not installing through the Shopify App Store.
Both payment rails should sync into one internal entitlement model before usage limits are enforced.
Billing webhooks and subscription events become the source of truth after the live migration is approved.
